Presencia is GDPR compliant. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. Your conversations are private.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Chat content: the messages you exchange with professionals through Presencia.
- Minimal technical data (e.g. session tokens, error logs) needed to deliver the service securely.
Why we collect it
To create and maintain your account, to deliver and bill the service, to connect you with professionals, to keep the platform safe, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models or to profile you for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep account and conversation data while your account is active, and delete it after account closure — except for records we are legally required to retain (for example, invoicing and tax records, typically up to 7 years). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep Presencia running — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie preference. We do not use advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party profiling cookies.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@presencia.care and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
